2014年度,MTP项目与内蒙古通辽市巴胡塔苏木的召根嘎查和边界嘎查合作,以杂交杨树为主,辅以封育措施对两个村的3块沙荒地进行了生态修复。
Hybrid poplars were planted on three sandy plots, in cooperation with Zhaogen Gacha (village) and Bianjie Gacha in Bahuta Sumu in 2014. The afforestation and enclosure work took place on the three sandy lands of two villages to restore the degraded land.

经调查核算,项目共造林3860亩,杨树343540棵,围栏约20200米,在2025年度,三块林地地整体存活率为66%。其中,2014-1的保存率为47%,其保存率年际变化及其与另外两块林地的对比如下图。当前林地保存率呈现显著波动,鉴于林地内未出现大规模林木死亡或人工补植的情况,结合林木生长状况存在显著空间异质性的特征,其核心影响因素可归结为不同采样区域对保存率统计数据的差异化影响。
According to the forest survey, the total afforestation area of the project is 257.33 hectares, with 343,540 poplar trees and 20,200 meters of fences. The overall survival rate of three forest plots was 66%. Among them, Plot 2014-1 was 47%. The changes in the annual survival rates and the comparison with two other plots were shown in the below chart. The survival rates of the three plots showed significant fluctuations. Given the absence of large-scale tree mortality or artificial reforestation, combined with the notable spatial heterogeneity in tree growth conditions, the core influencing factors could be attributed to the differential impact of various sampling sites on the statistical data.

三块林地的树高均值变化不同,2014-1的林地状况较好,但出现了较明显的下降;2014-2的均值数据增幅显著;2014-3的均值数据变化较小。
The average tree height in the three plots showed different trends compared with last year. Plot 2014-1 was in better condition but showed a significant decrease. Plot 2014-2 increased significantly. And Plot 2014-3 showed little change.

三块林地的胸径和地径均值动态变化趋势与树高均值呈现一致性特征:
a) 2014-1地块:胸径和地径均值呈下降趋势;
b) 2014-2地块:胸径和地径均值持续上升;
c)2014-3地块:胸径和地径均值呈下降趋势。
The dynamic trends of the average diameter at breast height (DBH) and basal diameter in the three forest plots showed a consistent characteristic with the average tree height. a) Plot 2014-1: The DBH and basal diameter showed a decreasing trend; b) Plot 2014-2: The average DBH and basal diameter continued to rise; c) Plot 2014-3: The DBH and basal diameter showed a downward trend.

2014-1林地整体生长状况:林地内杨树生长态势良好,但生长异质性显著。
a) 林分结构:部分区域林分下部萌生枝条密集,呈现灌木化倾向;
b) 地表覆盖:林地地表枯枝落叶积累量较大,已形成对裸沙的有效覆盖;
c) 放牧活动:林地内存在大量放牧痕迹,对林木主体无显著不利影响,但对林下植被干扰较强;
d) 积水问题:局部区域出现积水,但因积水范围减小,林木受淹死亡现象较少。
Overall growth status: Poplars in the forest were growing well, but there was significant heterogeneity in their growth. a) Stand structure: Some areas exhibited dense undergrowth sprouting, showing a clear tendency toward shrubification; b) Surface cover: The surface had a large accumulation of dead branches and fallen leaves, which had formed an effective cover for the bare sand; c) Grazing activities: There were many traces of grazing in the forest, which had no significant adverse effects on trees, but had a strong disturbance to the understory vegetation; d) Waterlogging problem: Localized waterlogging occured, but due to the reduced area of waterlogging, there were fewer trees being submerged and dying.
