2024年,MTP项目与内蒙古通辽市科尔沁左翼后旗农户合作,在五块沙荒地进行生态修复,五个地块均位于科尔沁左翼后旗常胜镇附近,造林树种主要为杨树。2024年林地均属于退耕的沙荒地,地表沙化裸露严重,立地条件较好,相对平坦,靠近村庄,存在一定程度的放牧情况。

In 2024, cooperating with the local farmer in Horqin Zuoyi Houqi, Tongliao, MTP contributed to the ecological restoration in five sandy land plots. All the five forest plots were near the Changsheng Town and the main afforestation species was poplar. The 2024 Forest was retired sandy wasteland with heavily exposed sandy surfaces, good standing conditions, relatively flat, close to villages and some degree of grazing.

2024-3林地的成活率为81.25%。2024-1于2025年度实施补植措施后,保存率显著提升;其他林地保存率虽出现一定程度下降,但仍维持在较高水平,总体处于正常波动范围。项目将持续进行抚育管理,保持林地生态稳定性。

The survival rate of Plot 2024-3 was 81.25%. After replanting in 2025, the survival rate of Plot 2024-1 improved significantly. Although survival rates in other forest plots had declined slightly, they remained at a high level and within the range of normal fluctuation. The MTP will continue with nurturing to maintain ecological stability.

五块林地均栽植了1-2年生的杨树裸根苗。栽植时,大部分苗木采取了截干处理,整体规格偏小,树高、地径、胸径等生长指标均值均较低。经过1年生长后,各项指标呈现明显提升。

1-2 years old poplar bare-root seedlings were planted across the five forest plots. And most of the seedlings were planted with stem-cutting treatment, so the seedlings were small, and the average values of tree height, ground diameter, diameter at breast height (DBH), and other indexes were all low. However, after one year of growth, all parameters showed significant improvement.

五块林地的各项生长指标均呈现明显提升。其中,2024-1地块增幅最为突出,主要因补植苗木规格较大,整体提升了该地块的生长指标均值。

All growth indicators of the five forest plots showed significant improvement. Among them, Plot 2024-1 showed the most significant increase, mainly due to the larger size of the replanted seedlings, which improved the average growth indicators of the plot.

2024-3林地内植被恢复状况最佳,芦苇分布密集区域的苗木生长迅速,而其他区域生长相对缓慢,整体呈现不均衡态势。未来抚育中,需预估并安排低洼处淹水和高坡缺水问题的应对措施。

The Plot 2024-3 showed optimal vegetation recovery; however, growth remained uneven. Seedlings in areas with dense Phragmites australis were growing rapidly, while growth in other sections was relatively slow. Future nurturing plans must anticipate and include measures to address potential waterlogging in low-lying areas and water shortages on higher slopes.
